Bont Cycling is dedicated to ensuring you have the perfect fit for your ride. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in new, unused condition with all original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your cycling shoes and gear in their original boxes, ensuring all tags are attached and the products show no signs of cleat installation or road use.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at an authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement exchange within 5-7 business days.
