The all Speedplay Bont Cycling Cleat T-Nut is designed to replace the t-nuts fitted into Bont Cycling four-hole sole shoes.

Bont Cycling shoes feature replaceable T-Nuts for mounting all four-hole cleat systems to the base of the shoe.


Each replacement T-Nut kit contains four individual pieces and is compatible across any Speedplay four-hole sole shoe.

Maintenance tips

Bont Cycling t-nuts can be replaced by removing the t-nut cover found under the innersole.
The new t-nuts drop into place from the inside of the shoe and the pressure of the cleat bolt installation will allow it to sit into the sole.
The t-nut cover may need to be glued to the liner again following replacement.
